  Came to the drivethru at 10pm April 12,2026 first they said only exact cash or card. Placed the order asked for 2 sides of cheese, to find out they dont do sides of cheese anymore. Then waited in line over 30 minutes. There were so many employees all doing nothing. I have never ever seen anything like this. Got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. Incredible how poor management can ruin a bussiness.

  Worst wendy’s dont go there especially at night you will stay 45 min in line so you can come across workers that dont give a shit about you your food your order and your status as a customer they act like they own the place

  On several occasions only takes exact change late at night, no debit or credit cards. Does not have ice or options of drinks when ordering at night . Ordered a 6 dollar meal my total came out to 8 dollars "after tax", only exact change

  Walking up to the entrance, there were two men cleaning up the perimeter of the structure. A while of me being there, I noticed associates scrubbing down tables and chairs, getting on their knees and working out tarnished furniture. Just arriving inside, the music overhead was way too loud and hurt your ears. Decided to ask for a lowered volume, and they did so in a quick manner with an understanding. 👏 Applause! This particular location 🫂 cares! 💯
