  Waited one hour for my food Only excuse they had was they were short staffed One hour, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, very dissatisfied. Will not will not. Will not emphasize on. Will not be ordering from here again. Food was freezing, of course after an hour also reached out to corporate.

  Why I send my son on his way from work my I asked for a junior bacon burger with cheese ketchup mustard and onions and received a burger only mayo lettuce and my baked potato was not in my bag I am totally over this mess I blame my son don’t know if he checked his food before he left but my money spends just like everyone else’s they see a younger person think they can give them whatever so I blame the workers more I know how it goes I worked fast food over 25 yrs I always try to defend them but it only gets worse smh no more for me or my money

  Waiting in drive thru line for 25 minutes. No movement. I left the line without even ordering. I tried to go inside to see what was going on with the drive thru and there were 4 dudes sitting in the vestibule on the floor blocking the door. I just left. What a joke.

  Got home with my food I ordered the Dave triple cheese and noticed my meat was still pink
