I tried Vernick Fish and it was honestly such a great experience. The place has a really nice upscale feel but still comfortable enough to just relax and enjoy. The seafood was super fresh and full of flavor, you can tell they really know what they’re doing. Every dish came out looking amazing and tasted even better. The staff was friendly and professional without being too formal, which I liked. Service was smooth and well-paced. It’s definitely a spot for a nice meal, and I’d for sure come back again.

Definitely a 5-star experience all the way. Friendly and professional service with an interesting menu; the jerk-roasted cod I had was delicious. Afterwards, the banana cream pie sundae was phenomenal and probably one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. It’s slightly on the expensive side but completely worth it and nothing outrageous. I’m sure the leasing costs for this location are astronomical too. Highly recommended and I look forward to returning.

So as a tourist from CA, I read the reviews on Google and Yelp and decided to book my birthday celebration yesterday at 5:30 pm for some delicious fish. When we arrived, the place was nice and clean. The server was great and had good suggestions. We ordered the whole branzino large plate and the sardines small plate. When the sardines came out, we felt that it was just plain nothing to wow us for $25 and thought portions for small for the price and not alot of culinary vision added to spice up the order. Then came the whole branzino order which the rice was cold and there's a bug on the lettuce. Now we told the server and they made us another one. However, the dish still fell flat and nothing on the plate blends together. The rice, Kim chi, and daikon lettuce did not work well with the branzino. Also, the server helper brought out the dish and said that the whole branzino was de-bone but we had at least 12 bones each. For $75 the whole branzino was a total miss. At the end, as a major institution under the Four Seasons umbrella, I would definitely take care of the customer with a dessert for picking the restaurant to celebrate birthday but none was offered. Overall, would not return and only giving a 2 stars due to remake of whole branzino dish and server passed the service test. Save your money and go to Parc!

Our first time here. Good greeting and waitstaff. Were expectations too high? I ordered Yellow Fin Tuna Sourdough. Expecting beautiful Tuna in a dome on my plate., The bread that was on our table only much bigger with a redsauce covering all was called tartar. I was assured that there was 3 ounces of tuna in there but what I saw and tasted was bread with pickeled chili or just plain red sauce. Huge disappointment for a restaurant who's laurels are choice seafood. Blackened shrimp on crispy grits. The Grits were in a cake form and very good. The shrimp predictable. My friend ordered Jerk Roasted Cod. Interesting presentation of cod in a bowl and you are given a soup spoon with which to eat it. I make all manner of fish at home. I do not use the garnishes or the Coconut juice, but ANY fish is delish when fresh. Why the raves? Italian names mean nothing when the star of the meal, the seafood is not up to what is celebration of the fish.God know how my beautiful Branzino would have arrived. Please don't reinvent the wheel. Dessert good. Waitress took the tartar off the check. Beautiful bar. We suggest, sit at the bar, order the cavitelli and enjoy. Please take into account that renting a commercial space in The Four Seasons must be huge. Give me less ambiance and great seafood. That night, both with upset stomachs.

I wanted to set up a surprise dinner for my girlfriend’s birthday. The service definitely exceeded my expectations, communication was smooth, and the staff were very accommodating. The restaurant itself is beautiful and in a prime location. The food, however, felt like it could have been better. Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 3/5 Parking - Valet/Street Parking Atmosphere - The restaurant has stunning decor with a very modern design. Everything felt immaculate and well put together. Service - This is where the restaurant truly stood out. Even before our visit, as soon as I made the reservation, I reached out to ask about accommodations for my girlfriend’s birthday to make sure she had the experience she deserved. I also wanted to bring a large bouquet to be placed on our table. The staff maintained consistent communication, made everything easy to coordinate, and were more than willing to help. Once we arrived, at least five staff members wished my girlfriend a happy birthday, and she was genuinely happy with the level of attention and thoughtfulness. What We Ordered - -Yellowfin Tuna Tartare (The fish itself was fresh, rich, and buttery, but the dish was overpowered by an overly salty flavor. It would have been much better if the natural sweetness of the tuna was allowed to shine) -Swordfish Milanese (This dish was excellent. From presentation to bold flavors, everything came together really well and we both loved it) -Jerk Roasted Cod (This dish felt a bit flat, lacking flavor and depth) Final Thoughts - While a couple of the dishes didn’t quite meet our expectations, I would still come back because of the exceptional service. It left a lasting impression, and I’d be interested in trying other items on the menu. PS my girlfriend loved the surprise dessert the restaurant provided, and it was delicious as well.
