Owner and staff also very friendly. Go here all the time and just ordered take out to the hospital for my wife who just gave birth. That’s the first meal she wanted, Umami!

The sushi also ended up leaving me feeling ill and with a pretty immediate and bad stomachache. I’m someone who eats sushi and sashimi fairly regularly so this was straight away a big red flag for the price that I paid. 2. It’s marked as Premium because it includes Toro and Uni. However, the Toro was not melt-in-your-mouth; in fact, far from it, the Toro was stringy/sinewy, making it even a bit tough to chew. 3. The rice on the sushi was so poorly made that as soon as I picked up the sushi, the rice would break apart into pieces and would not stick or stay together. Overall, I think there’s so many better sushi options
