For example the milkshakes shown to come in a larger size while including whipped cream are in reality much smaller and not identical to the picture.

The woman at the counter said they did not sell hamburgers or turkey burgers, only ‘beef and chicken.’ Even though I am positive they sell turkey burgers, I asked for a ‘beef burger’ with pickles and ketchup. After paying $22.74, When I opened the burger, the patty was about 2 inches wide, no pickles and no ketchup. When I asked for ketchup, she gave me one tiny packet and said she would get fired if she gave me more than one. Absolute waste of money. The burger sucked. The woman behind the counter has absolutely no idea what she is doing. How are they still in business?
