  Ordered pizza last night for the family. Toppingd were missing and stuffed crist wasn't stuffed. They remade the pizza while we waited there for 45 minutes for them to do so, ony for the pizza to still be missing toppings (at least the crust was right) now this morning the entire family has food poisoning. Beware.

  Disgusting food, sloppy presentation, they forget sauces and dips, better off starving or paying more for another restaurant

  I came for an order, and no one came to register once, all you hear is employees in the back talking and laughing. I called out, nothing, just continuous chatter in the back. These restaurants need to hire reliable staff. Ridiculous

  Like most, cooking is a big job. So, I looked to Uber eats. Pizza Hut was my meal for tonight, approved by all. I was also giving Pizza Hut and second chance. At 5:14 I put in my order for dinner. I received a called, unable to understand the heavy accent, the jest was they couldn’t fulfill my order to make the pizza.? So confused because I continued to get a text, when and who would be bringing my order. What order? After 3 different drivers, and me texting, I canceled the order. They continue to tell me my order was on the way. Another call, heavy accent when someone else, who speak English got on the phone, Rudely. After confusing conversation, I requested to cancel my order again. “You can’t do it with me you have to go to the uber app”. But if you can’t fulfill the order, what are you going to give me. Several texts with the delivers, and Uber help line, I was frustrated, and hungry. Another text, your deliver will be there in 2 minutes. After 5 minutes, no ring notification I went to the porch. Nothing on the porch, another text, on the way. Text: food was delivered. Where? Retraining is definitely needed. Before the customer is away right. Never did like that statement but in this case I was correct. They gave me a side of respectful. It seems like I was disturbing people on their job and about a Pizza at Pizza Hut. The nerve of me. Uber solve the problem with my funds.

  My brother ordered a pizza for me because I had ankle surgery. He got the pizza sent to me. There’s a piece of hut up the street from my house near 52nd and Walnut. He texted me and told me it should be outside. I opened the door and the man was just standing there with the pizza. He didn’t ring my doorbell. He gave me the pizza. I took it in my place opened it up. Pizza was cold. Pizza was dry. The crust looked very, very dry. It was a hand tossed pizza. It’s been awhile since I had Pizza Hut. It definitely went down. I missed the days where it was an eat in restaurant.
