  dough is undercooked to the point where the pizza has 0 bite— just chewy. could not even separate the slices because of how undercooked it was. waited >15 minutes past the expected carry out time. when we walked in, the staff were slacking off because nobody else was in, but when more people came in, they started working— but seemed like they were rushing through orders.

  This Pizza Hut has gone downhill. Tried to order a pepperoni pizza and the first call was picked up only for no one to respond to me but for me to hear the employee take someone’s order in store. When I called back I was answered by an employee who sounded unprofessional and proceeded to tell me before I could even get an order out that it would be 25 minute or more for pick up if not longer. When I began ordering he was rushing me with every sentence I let out, and when I asked for pepperoni, he told me they were out of pepperoni at a Pizza Hut? Poor management if you ask me if they don’t even plan for a pizza store to had pepperoni and for hiring such an unprofessional representative for this store. I will no longer be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again, although closer to my home I’d rather drive further to the Frankford location not to deal with employees who hate their jobs.

  Staff are seated on their phones playing music and actively ignoring me as I wait. If I could give zero stars I would. Freezing cold establishment as well. Impressively bad service. One staff came and saw me after about 5 minutes and was the only one not moving like a turtle on barbiturates.

  I haven’t order from Pizza Hut in almost 13 years so I figured I’d give it a try, and that was the biggest mistake ever. I had to wait almost 2hours to receive food that was nowhere near edible, on top of that I had parts of my order wrong and wigs missing out of my box that I ordered for my child. No stickers were placed on my order to secure the safety of the food from being tampered with.my order was sent through a DoorDash. I have been on a hunt for a refund for three days By the store general manager what is no success this is completely unacceptable.
