  We ordered two pizzas, fries, and a brownie. The estimated delivery time was 20 minutes after placing the order. The food arrived, stone cold, after an hour. The fries were missing and one pizza was all wrong. When I called, I was told there was nothing the manager could do and I'd have to come in when the general manager was in. I was also told they have no control over the food arriving cold because they contract out to doordash. Way to not take responsibility.

  This was me giving my second chance to this Pizza Hut. They failed horribly again. See list of complaints below. I will be reporting the to corporate for fraud this time around. First time(about a year ago): order was 3 hours late and wrong staff lied about details of the order and tried to commit fraud by saying it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t Second time (Dec 2025): * worker acknowledged my order was wrong and said there nothing we can do about that * Offered store credit and said “your upset about a topping” your good. Fraud is fraud if you pay for something you receive that something * the worker impersonated a manager when asked for one and then lied and said he was the general manager * he hung up after asking for his information to escalate the issue * food was cold and sloppy * The wing order was wrong gave buffalo instead of honey bbq. there literally was only one thing right about the order * If a general manager reaches out i can provide the name of the individual if thats even really their name Who ever owns this franchise I feel bad for their money pit loss. The staff is going to bleed them dry. The google rating speaks for itself. It’s not fake it’s real. The food presentation to the customer service is all well below industry standard.
