  This place can never get an order right multiple times I’ve gotten food from here and every time it’s incorrect last time and recently last night I asked for a thinning crispy pizza and I received the regular pizza when I told the counter girl, hey this isn’t the correct pizza, she stated the cook just walked out so I had to just take the pizza and go this place truly sucks the amount of times it gets the order wrong.

  I wish I could give zero stars . I Uber Eats my food paid for extra marinara sauce for my cheesy bread sticks . I even called and asked for everything well done and not to forget my extra marinara sauce . What I get? Food not well done and they decided to give me no marinara sauce at all smh🤦🏽‍♂️ . I called the store they immediately put me on hold for 7 minutes to be exact , then disregarded my complaint . The worse thing any food establishment can do is play with people food .

  Didn't get my meat lovers pizza like I usually do tried something different. Wasn't as good as the meat lovers was OK won't be switching any time soon.

  These gentlemen at this store will stare you right in your face and hand your food No one good and well is short don’t order no wings cause they don’t know how to count and ask for a pizza bowl done because obviously between the timer on the oven belt or maybe even the temperature something etc. because my pizza isnt fully cooked at all less u threw on all frozen ingredients. This location and the location on Castor Avenue are the worst matter of fact Pizza Hut has become the worst. Find you a good regional manager that actually cares until then I hope y’all lose all your businesses cause you’re obviously from the same franchise because all the service sucks

  We placed an order online. It was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, I waited the 20 minutes then went in the restaurant. It took at least 15-20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was standing there then she goes to get my order and they only made 1 out of the 2 pizzas I ordered. Another 10 minutes go by and she comes out and says we just put the pizza in the oven now. Ummm what were you doing for the past 10 minutes? 15 minutes later the pizzas finally done. No apologies at all, nothing. This place went downhill. Do not go here!!! Edit.. we got home and the pizza wasn’t cut right and literally fell apart. The only good part was the actual stuffed crust. Everything else was nasty. Huge disappointment. Never again
