  Beware when ordering! We ordered for delivery. We were told that delivery would be 25-35 minutes. After 45 minutes, we called. They said they were backed up and to give them another 20 minutes. So we patiently did. An hour and half goes by, they closed the store! They never told us they closed and that they were never going to deliver. Net day, I repeatedly called to get a refund. The manager still has not called me back after repeated calls. BEWARE WHO you give your Credit card numbers too.

  They start making the pizza when i arrived to the store they was sitting on the back and chilling while order on screen 5min ago plus i had to wait 15min to get my pizza ( 3:05pm)

  Poor customer service they use third-party vendors to deliver your food and then God knows how long the food has been sitting out full quality I'm pretty sure it's poor they make excuses for what they can't do and everything and when you talk to the people they're not precise and direct and what they're talking about and they halfway don't even know how to talk to people and they don't even speak correctly English and a language barrier is very hard to understand And communication skills professionalism is not even priority and also when it comes to collect the money it's hard for them to know the address and location of where people are because they're using outdated GPS is and also they claims that they tell the drivers information regarding the orders and they claim that they've been using these DoorDash people for a very long time And this is partly why distortion shouldn't even be around and they can't serve people whoever the owner of this store is is going to get a letter from me eventually if these people do not straighten up the act if they can't serve the community if they can be for Community And they can probably serve our people then somebody needs to be held accountable to this regardless of who fails and doesn't doesn't make no sense because people starving from food out here and while people should be in business and making money doesn't make no sense to me it is totally obsolete this business needs to get straightened out recommended Violating they make a person scared to want to eat from this place cause they take too long to care for their owners and also their customers
