  Gave me incorrect food and refused to allow me to come in next day when it was 8pm by the time I got home with order. They told me they didn’t even have the item I wanted in stock so they made it however they felt. I drove 20 min one way and told them I’d bring in pizza next day due to how late it was on a Monday night. Management hung up on me and stopped answering calls. I’ve been working with corporate and management has been resisting a resolution of a refund. DO NOT GO HERE.

  The large pizza I ordered was supposed to come with eight slices, but I only received six. The entire pizza was wet, soggy, and completely lacking any crisp or quality. Even the garlic sauce was a disappointment, clumped together and overly oily. It honestly felt like no care went into preparing this meal. This might be the worst Papa John’s location in the area based on this experience. They really need to represent their company better because the food I received was unacceptable.

  I just called to order a small pizza & cookies. They took my order over the phone & i let them know that i will be paying cash. They called me within 5 min to tell me that they don’t have the cookies & that id have to google for papa john’s call center number so they can take that price for the cookies off (instead of the store doing it). I call the call center (which left me on hold for a few min just to be redirected back to the store). All of this nonsense just to order food and they should be able to just delete it from the actual store that i called instead of me calling & googling is straight NONSENSE. I just canceled my order. All that run around just to cancel something myself that they told me they don’t have, smdh. I’d NEVER ORDER FROM PAPAJOHNS AGAIN. No wonder they have 3stars. Should be less

  Ordered for delivery directly from papa Johns. The food was delivered by a door dash driver which is not a problem. But I ordered and paid for a two liter and the driver said they didn’t give it to him, then I ordered wings and they were the smallest most scrauniest wings. I tried to call back to let them know I didn’t get my soda and that the wings were horrible and nobody answered, I was on hold for 40mins before giving up.
