There is one employee that is always shouting as if she is outside. Consistently complaining and having private conversations very loudly. She is full figured with a deep brown complexion, and wears box braids in her hair. Her persistent shouting and inappropriate behavior makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. Simply it's uncalled for.
