  The females that they have working the drive thru are beyond rude for absolutely no reason. The one with the colored twist ignored me in the drive thru for almost 10m and then had the nerve to call me a homophobic slur. I will be calling corporate and the store GM tomorrow morning.

  The staff is rude. The manager is crazy. She was yelling at the staff. To be honest, nobody should work there or eat from there. I had to turn around and leave the way that manager was treating. The staff was damn near treating them worse than her kids. It's a damn shame and of course they don't never get the order right

  This place is a load of bull. I came here for food and got sass, lied to my face, and made a spectacle of. The young man taking my order was sassy and disrespectful, and the woman passing me my order told me I wasn't missing food. I bought 2 meals and 3 drinks. I got 2 drinks and 2 burgers with no fries. Why did I need to have a meltdown IN-STORE for a DRIVE-THRU order just to get my family's food? This is preposterous! Avoid this location ESPECIALLY if you're neuro-divergent. They'll assume you can't do basic math. 😂

  I only experience this place for dinner after 8PM on occasions. Every time I go the food is never done right here, nuggets are always burned and forget about ordering a burger. There is always an issue with their computer system rendering options like McDonald’s mobile app or delivery apps useless. The staff, 9/10 times, exchange zero pleasantries and or are disrespectful. With such a lack of care for the food and customer service I can only imagine how many health code violations exist in that kitchen on a daily basis. Drive a couple extra miles to another location and avoid this McDonalds until new management is in place or, better yet, it closes down. This is the WORST McDonalds in West Philadelphia.
