When I finally did get my food, my medium fries were half full, my burger didn't have pickles on it, they were out of straws, and they forgot my sauce terrible experience.
- KLKatie Ly5 days ago5.0I wanted to share that in the past I had a pretty bad experience, which made me hesitant to come back. However, I decided to give it another try, and I’m so glad I did. The person who took my order was very kind, and Salma, who brought my food out, was incredibly nice and sweet. Their great service really made a difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often. The staff truly deserve recognition for their kindness and great service. 😊
- JNJoanne NApr 6, 20261.0This place is completely disorganized. Waiting over 10 minutes for a simple coffee. When I pointed out, I was waiting. They took my money and I was still waiting. Then I decided to take a picture of the disorganization and the manager confronted me very aggressively shoved this phone in my face and was accusing me of taking a picture of him personally. He then went back to discuss it with his workers instead of getting customers food, and then refunded me my money and said he refused to serve me. Wow.

Order was already paid for on the app and couldn’t pick it up because of this. Lights were on inside and you could tell someone was there. Multiple phone calls to the restaurant with no answer.
