  The worst McDonald's...ever?? Idek where to start, I'll just say I waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee in the store. The manager kept yelling at an employee saying they should have stayed home if they were tired, and absolutely no one was doing anything to actively address patrons in the restaurant. It was very difficult to get anyone's attention despite the coffee sitting on the counter in the back the entire time. I never really care about poor experiences enough to do anything, but I will actively be telling people to stay away from this location. Not only was it a super uncomfortable, but no one should have to wait that long for an iced coffee that was already made. The disorganization and lack of a system implemented properly was extremely noticeable and unprofessional. I spoke to others in the area that confirmed this is common for this location. My time spent was more valuable than the coffee or time spent to make it. If time is money for the company, it is for me too.

  We walked in at about 10:40 after a concert nearby and ordered at the kiosk. At 11:00, we were kicked out of the lobby and told to wait outside because the dining room was closing. We waited until 11:15. At that point, our sticker for our order was no longer visible on their lineup of tickets and no one outside had gotten their food. We had to leave to catch our train before we lost the opportunity to get home. Management was not communicating with customers or effectively running the kitchen. There was NO communication either among staff or with customers. I'd rate the food, but we never got it. Based on the cleanliness of the restaurant, I should probably be glad we didn't. Won't return and don't recommend you try to eat here, either. What a waste of time and money.

  Lobby full of ppl. Service moving slow as ever. I go to the bathroom while I wait for the activity to die down some. No tissue. Asked twice if someone could get some. Still no one came. Stopped a young man on the floor to ask the manager if the issue could be addressed. Her exact words were "we're busy right now, they'll have to wait" and then she proceeded to yell at her subordinates. If you don't have a leader to run this place, it's probably time to do some in-house cleaning.

  This McDonald’s needs to be shut down. My poor dashers have to wait 30 plus minutes each time I make the mistake of ordering from this location, it’s terrible. New management new staff etc this is my second time reviewing this store, it’s so bad it’s worth the second review. Please reconsider ever ordering from here or even going in person it’s just absolutely terrible
