When I first entered I was looking for seating upstairs and was surprised at the size (or lack of) of the seating area.
Right away the staff eased any concern I had with their charm and confidence in their menu.
Ordered the food it came out quickly and was very good! Their custom coffee is very good also.
Definitely deserving of a return visit for dinner.

EID MUBARAK 🌙.. so this restaurant promoted a “special event” for the Muslim community to break fast and enjoy a buffet styled breakfast. The menu advertised consisted of “eggs, home fries, bacon (beef and turkey) pancakes, and French toast , fresh fruit, waffles and haven drinks and specialty coffee.” Alongside the advertised menu was said to have 400 plus guest must make a reservation and please come early as it was first come first serve. We arrive 15 mins early for our 10am reservation and upon arrival we had to stand in the cold for maybe 5-10 mins while waiting on someone to come to the locked door. Someone came to the door and said “he’ll be right down to speak to you” closed the door and locked it back. Awkward you would think a few seconds later someone comes back opens the door and lets us in we get seated and as we go to get our food the man who I’m assuming put together the event says “we weren’t expecting you guys so early we had a few reservations call and say they needed to extend their time, did CHURCH get out early for you guys.” This is shocking as you advertised this event to cater towards the Muslim community the very least you could do is have some background knowledge once corrected he responded “I’m still learning” we were served on desert plates and the food was undercooked , cold like it sat overnight and just not edible. We weren’t given any sort of drink menu as advertised with the Haven drinks and specialty coffee and we barely had an edible breakfast. They played loud music and once our guests made them aware that we aren’t able to listen to music the response was “oh idk what can we put on” . This didn’t seem researched , well put together or really didn’t seem as if much effort was put into understanding the community vs wanting the community to come in and support the establishment because there are local masjids in that neighborhood. It felt really discouraging to say the least to have had to not only be served cold food and once staff was made aware not be met with a resolution but it just felt forced . Only one young lady remained apologetic for the experience but I definitely have a bad taste in my mouth and will not be returning .

I attended the Eid buffet today and it was very lack luster the first issue was the email said arrive early to secure you’re seating they didn’t truly mean arrive ten mins early to secure your set or even 5 mins to be honest. The food was cold, they didn’t offer to heat it up after it was brought to their attention, never received the “haven specialty drink menu or any drinks that were special “ it was suppose to be catered towards Muslims yet the man is asking did our church end early it seemed more like a money grab towards the Muslims when he wasn’t aware of anything that happens for us on the day of EID.
