  I specifically spent well 0ver 400 for the free turkey and they sold out 3 days before they expired date n they won't even give us anything for it. No substitute , no raincheck, no points. They pretty much said "u out of luck. U should of got it early" well I tried to get it 4 days before easter n you sold out and you are saying you won't get any more . I could of spent my money else where and saved a bunch of money. Im always having issues with this damn location. Their customer service sucks!!!!!! Do NOT GO HERE!!

  First they had a processing issue when I couldn’t checkout. After a week they that is fixed and I put my order in and they were out of half my items. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years but will drop them for Insacart. Beyond disgusted.

  Fed up with Giant Direct. Waited over an hour in the parking lot today. Had to go inside and hear from staff that they only started packing my order about 20 minutes after I arrived. Got home, realized that they put wrong (smaller) size cereal in my bag and charged me for the larger one. Tried to report the issue through the website but conveniently, the website times out when you try to use the "report an issue" function. Customer service line hangs up on you after you ask for "Giant Direct." Failure across the board. I've used this service for YEARS and in the last year, it's just fallen apart.

  So much food that I've purchased had to be sent back and returned because they ALWAYS have EXPIRED FOOD and snacks on the shelf. Case and point, I recently purchased something (it's FEBRUARY 2026 and it EXPIRED in MAY of 2025). That is unacceptable!! I noticed that so many things went DOWNHILL when they got rid of that black store manager. Supposedly, he tripped a man who was STEALING and so they fired him for that. While I do NOT praise what he did, there should have been other consequences that did not result in firing because the store has gone down hill and even an employee there mentioned this. The store is not kept up at all. I used to see the old store manager walking the aisles, and having team meetings with his staff on the floor, and the store was just well-kept and stocked! I NEVER recall buying or seeing EXPIRED FOODS on the shelf. There was an entire shelf of lentils that were way pass the expiration day. I guarantee if they run the numbers, they will definitely see a difference with the previous manager vs who they have there now. Please do better and walk the aisles to REMOVE ALL EXPIRED FOODS. You will get someone sick!!! And this post will be used as proof that the problem exists!!!
