I just discovered, and I want to tell everyone that they have their own app and use their own employees for delivery. I applaud them for that! You won’t be able to track the driver but I always thought that was a little creepy anyway. You can still use several of the major food delivery apps but you’ll pay a little more and still won’t be able to track the driver, if that’s your jam. Plus, it will erroneously tell you that your order will arrive ridiculously earlier than it actually will and you’ll end up calling the store because the major apps will encourage you to call to ask why you didn’t get your order (even if it said to expect it in 10 minutes when you live farther than that away!). So, last night, I went to their website to order, discovered the app, downloaded it, and used it for the first time. It told me when to expect the order and it arrived right on time. What’s more, the driver sent me a text when he arrived and when I didn’t see it, he called. I thought this experience was worth mentioning because as a local business owner, I appreciate when a local business figures out how to better than the big box companies at a better price. They’re literally the wolf of Wolf street!! Well done!

At 7:30 I called to Ask for an update on my food, to which they said it was on the way and will be there shortly. I called again at 8:05, they said it’s on the way and will be there shortly. I called again at 8:30, where I was told the driver said that it was dropped off. I waited for my food for over two hours, I had my door open, I have a ring camera, and I have a dog that constantly barks when people walk by. After two hours, my food never showed up, and I called back and they refused to do anything about it. I even asked if they could remake it and re-deliver, and they said no. I spent $80 on food, I order here at least twice a month for many many many years, NEVER AGAIN.
