I got wings down but not enough for your order. I only got 17 wings classic well he didn’t even say he just kept classic as if I knew what What exactly he meant when I caught it on I was like oh no, I want all classic wings. No boneless no tenders. Come back a minute later. I have drums but no flats is that OK? No that’s not OK. I wanna mix about 6 to 5 minutes. Went by before he even dropped the wings for my order and I said in the beginning, all I want was what I ordered. Then later on he tried to tell the cooking in the back so only just give me flex. I never asked for just flex but another or less. I was very disappointed that my order was supposed to be done at 11 and my order wasn’t done until 1134 and it doesn’t even take that long to fry wings 15 minutes. He told me not 30 that Manager was very incompetent. I watched as he talked to the un employees the young lady who’s always there when I come by she’s a white lady so nice I could see she was disturbed, especially about her register not being broken down before she clocked out. The manager was incompetent. I repeat and I will do the survey so you know exactly what I’m talking about.

Also today is Monday 11/24 & Wing Stop allowed 20+ students to kickback and relax without any orders. Literally 20+ students & about 10 may have ordered food. Anyway my food wasn’t bad but they didn’t even have ketchup available. Disappointed in such franchise as I started at the exact location back when I was in high school. Felt like I was in McDonald’s although service was good. I’ll never be back but hope it gets back better.
