    I put in an order online for delivery. An item that was paid for was missing. I’ve tried calling the store for 10 minutes straight with no answer. I’m just needing to speak to someone regarding a refund for an item that again, was paid for but not delivered.

    I wanted to place a pickup order, and they were literally doing nothing, and they weren't the only ones; there was another person I didn't get a chance to photograph. It's a bad place. All I wanted was my order, that's all. They didn't even acknowledge me or say anything, just ignored me.

    I’ve ordered on the website a few times for this location and unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this location again and I’ll be reaching out on a corporate level after yesterday. This is the second time back to back I’ve been delivered incorrect items and have had missing items. The first time I was delivered ice cold fries, an orange soda and a Dr. pepper when I actually ordered iced tea and lemonade, I asked for well done and they certainly weren’t that. I called and spoke to a manager who told me I would need to come to the store and get my order redone. It was an inconvenience and when I got there my order was done and the fries were a small when I paid for a large and they were cold AGAIN. Yesterday was worse, I was delivered my order, no ranch was in the bag, fries were ice cold again, and I had incorrect drink AGAIN, no straws or utensils. I called and the manager, Tina was kind enough to offer a redo for the order the next day. I went to the store, Tina wasn’t there but had to hand write my entire order and wait. Another manager a young lady was kind and told me it would be done in 20 minutes. Well, she left for about a half hour, came back and I was still waiting. In the meantime I watched another manager bs in the kitchen and play over food. I stood there and watched people who came in far after I did and place orders, walk out with their order. I asked 4 times how much longer would it be because at this point I had been there an hour! It was intentional! And the worse part? I watched a worker come in, go to the back and about 5 minutes later use his bare hands on raw chicken and throw them in the fryer, turn around and use those same hands to touch the refrigerator door to store the remainder of the chicken. Don’t believe me, watch the cameras for 1/18 between 5:40pm and 6:05 it was somewhere between that time. And after all of that wait time, I’m handed a bag with no fries so I had to tell them they forgot my fries!
