Staff were unprofessional, wearing shoestrings as belts, no hairnets, and one employee with braids was chewing gum, putting her hands in her mouth, and not washing before handling food. Jewelry was worn in food prep areas, which is a clear health concern. Employees spent more time playing around than serving customers, while the manager (short black hair, polka-dot shirt) sat in the lobby on her laptop with Starbucks. All the soda machines were empty, the bathrooms were filthy, and the overall store was unkept. I even spared you by not taking pictures—this place looks like a foodborne illness waiting to happen. -This store needs a deep cleaning and serious accountability from leadership. Completely unacceptable experience—I will not be returning until major changes are made.
