I was going to use the restroom before placing my order, and they literally forced me to order first. They told me that in order to use the restroom I had to have already ordered, and they basically kicked me out—treating me like I was homeless, even though I have always been a customer here. The customer service is horrible.

It’s easier for me to place an online order through my phone then it is to go to the front and have something forgotten or somebody changed their mind. It was about 4 PM and the dining area was completely empty except for us. I would say less than five minutes into looking over the menu the big brute of a security guard came over to us and said that if we weren’t going to order food, we had to get out. No hello, no excuse me, no nothing. Just plain rudeness. So I just turned my phone around so he could see we were on the menu and he walked away back to his corner. He just stared at us until I grabbed our order from the front. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. And on top of that, we were missing items from our order as well as getting a spicy chicken sandwich with a rock hard piece of chicken that they tried to say was fresh when I asked for it to be replaced. Another Customer had an issue with her order, and the manager just rolled his eyes and scoffed at her. I haven’t been to this location in years and I have no plans of returning in the future, it really needs a complete overhaul.
