Driving Uber eats and getting an order at this Wendy's store has been the worst experience so far. I arrived to the place and the first thing I saw was an angry customer because his order took 30 mins "and in front of me he was mistreated". I asked for my order which I saw ready since I arrived to the store "shown on picture"and the lady there she simply did not wanted to give it to me and said "I will give you the order whenever I want". I ended up canceling the order after waiting 15 mins and that affected my delivery ratings overall. It is unacceptable to be treated like this on a place where hospitality is the key. I was never rude to the 2 girls there and even said greetings, but the issue here is that those to girls are bad class, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and run the business like it's the streets doing inappropriate things. This happened on 02/23/26 at 4:09pm shift's.

For context, I work in customer management within the City of Philadelphia government, where accountability, transparency, and proper documentation are essential. Because of this background, I am especially concerned by repeated service failures and the lack of clear transaction records at this location. To provide specific examples: • Summer 2025: I ordered a Baconator and politely asked to add lettuce, tomato, and onion immediately after placing the order. I was told this could not be done. When I stated I would ask for the items on the side instead, the manager informed me that they “do not do that” and refused. I requested a refund. When I asked for a receipt, I was told the receipt printer was broken. • January 5, 2026: I ordered a large chili and requested five packs of crackers and two chili sauce packets. At the window, I noticed I was given $5 less in change than owed. When I asked for a receipt, I was again told the receipt printer was broken. After pointing out the incorrect change, the cashier returned the missing $5. When I checked my bag, the crackers and chili sauce were missing entirely. Additionally, when requesting a receipt on multiple occasions, staff stated they could “take a picture of the receipt” instead. However, the image provided only showed the total amount of the order, not an itemized receipt or full transaction details. This does not serve as a proper substitute for a receipt and further limits transparency for customers attempting to verify their purchases. What concerns me most is the consistent pattern. Over a span of more than six months, I have repeatedly been told the receipt printer is broken. The staff at this location regularly display a dismissive, unfriendly, and rude attitude toward customers. Taken together, this creates the impression that receipts—and therefore customer surveys and transaction accountability—may be intentionally avoided. While service mistakes can happen, the attitude, lack of accountability, and repetition of these issues are unacceptable. At this point, I am seriously reconsidering my relationship with Wendy’s as a customer. I am unlikely to return to this location, and I am also discouraging friends and family from patronizing Wendy’s due to these experiences.
