  So our wait was long but that was understandable because they were very busy. The food was good but I think it’s also an ulta and they like to mix and match because there was an eyeliner pencil half used at the bottom of my bag. Thanks because I was running out. I’m being so serious.

  The food was cold the people were very disrespectful and rude. I don’t know how to leave negative review but if I could they would be a negative 5. I would not recommend

  I waited for my order for almost one hour. After 30 minutes, I went to the drive-thru window and they told me to come inside. When I went inside, they said they were closed and asked me to leave. Later I found out that my order was never even prepared. The staff were laughing, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. This was a terrible experience and a complete waste of my time. I hope management takes this seriously.

  Done at this location. Young lady at the first window was fine. Now that second window almost made me get out of character. First girl in lavender hijab was about to give me the wrong order. She says something to the girl in black and red hijab and that one brought my food to the window with a attitude and a ripped bag smh food bout to fall right out the bottom smh she saw that bag was ripped ain't no way she didn't smh I ask the one in lavender for another bag she got it but then got home and didn't have a straw for that big ah cup SMH maybe if they stop laughing and playing so much they can give better customer service. I got food to break fast not deal with these rude little girls smh doesn't matter if you pray wear hijab fast or any of that your behavior needs to match your intentions or Allah will not accept your fast your prayer or any of that. Do better.

  They screwed up our order, charging us $31 for a $22 order. I double checked by doing the same order online. They refused to acknowledge their mistake when we asked them about it. They refused to change the price. They were extremely rude about the whole thing, practically throwing our food at us when it was ready (in spite of us paying the extra money so we wouldn't be blocking the drive through for other people). I don't know what's going on at this store but you should avoid it. I usually like Wendy's but this is the last time I'm going there.
