- MMMariaFeb 13, 20262.0I placed a lunch order from store #525. When placing the order through the mobile app, I was very specific about the condiments I wanted on my burger. I went to this location & picked up my order through the drive-through & was missing a straw & napkins. Got back to my place of work to find missing on my burger the condiments I wanted. I was not happy. Please make sure to check your orders before leaving to make sure your food is made up to your liking.
- YYYerickJan 30, 20261.01/30/26 By far worse service I've seen in a while had to wait to order meanwhile there was no line and then when i got order mid order the lady taking my order just took off. after she cameback and finished my order she didn't even give me the cups for the drinks. After i went to the soda machine after getting the cups the machine somehow had basically no drinks available, only diet drinks. Afterwards i went back to ask for two sauces and they were going to charge one dollar for 2 sauce packets. I'm not sure if thats something they usually do and i haven't noticed I have no issue with that but for 2 sause packets? After eating the food some of the fries were somehow uncooked on the inside. I know its a fast food place and not a 5 star restaurant but this has to be a new low for this restaurant and its not the first time something like this happened in this place in specific. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that maybe the lady was new but the rest is inexcusable.
