  There are just some people that honestly have zero business interacting with the public. I was very kind at the speaker ordered exactly what I needed, please, thank you.. Get to the window same behavior, and the female drive-thru operator just absolutely completely disinterested in having just the basic amount of service to provide to a paying customer. Maybe fast food will actually be better when it's robot serving us because we won't have to deal with their attitudes and whatever they come to work with. She probably needs to be behind the counter making the burgers rather than offering less than satisfactory customer service.

  Absolutely ZERO stars. Every employee i encountered had zero sense of urgency. Walking around talking on phones and creating the biggest backups I've seen. We placed a mobile order for pick up in drive thru 20 minites prior. I was instructed to come inside because the drive thru was packed, only to then have to wait 25 minutes as I watched people walk in order and get there food before me. When I finally address the lady she had the look in her eye thay she knew she'd forgotten me. Too busy doing other stuff. Corporate complaint incoming.

I witnessed an employee, with my own two eyes, scrape a fallen clump of french fries from the floor's sticky abyss and return them to the bubbling hell of the fryer. This wasn't just recycling; it was a dark baptism, an unholy rebirth of potato and grime. The chicken sandwich I received was a sad slab of mystery meat, sweating grease onto a bun that disintegrated on contact, like a ghost fading at dawn. To call this "food" is a grotesque insult to biology. It is a biohazard served in a paper wrapper. Eating here is not a meal; it is an act of self-loathing. Avoid this establishment as you would a festering wound. You've been warned.
