- ALAria LiNov 1, 20251.0I was behind someone and watched the workers treat her nicely but when it was my turn they changed and was cold and rude. I'm Asian and i don't know if it was racism or something but race shouldn't define service. I ordered a classic chicken and 3 drinks and all I got was the classic chicken and no drinks. It reeks of something I don't know how to explain and over all just a no. I don't recommend coming here.

Soda machine had only diet drinks. I waited almost 30 minutes for food. Some customers were saying there sandwiches were barely warm after waiting so long for their orders.

I see a girl wipe her nose on her arm, another arrives to work, dosent wash her hands and startes touching the food. Girl wearing a scarf, working the front counter, keeps repeating, "this is disgusting" as she's gathering fries and nuggets for my order and putting my order together. After the 5th time, I asked them to cancel my order, they say I have to do it online since I placed the order online. Horrible.
