    Worst Wendy’s location in Philadelphia. Bad management. Don’t know how to properly train staff. Allows staff to be physically hurt by other staff. Food cold and old. Worst GM in the city.

    Terrible customer service. People working here dont greet. Waited ten minutes before somebody came to take my order. First and last time at this location. Mind you, I was the only person inside and another guy was eating his food on the table.

    The young lady was nice but I ordered 3 tenders and this is what they gave me. Usually I check my food before leaving but I had just got of work and was tired

    If I could give a ZERO I would! Spent nearly $40 for all of my food to get stuffed into 1 bag! My complete order was not given to me. I called to speak with a manager and one of their employers faked as a manager and placed me on hold for nearly 15 minutes- never returning to the phone. I called back and they turned the answering machine on. I will be calling corporate on this horrible location as they need to shut it down. I will NEVER SPEND A DIME on Wendy’s again!

    About an hour ago at this Wendy’s on red lion Road I ordered the new tenders four of them, a baked potato and a medium frosty vanilla. The drive-through person could not tell me anything about the sauces. I asked what was in your. I forget what you call it traditional or something she didn’t know so I ordered one of those and a honey mustard. When I got home, there were no sauces. No napkins. No receipt for 14+ dollars so that I could call the specific Wendy’s. You will definitely lose business with someone who’s not trained. I see Wendy slowly disappearing, and it was always my favorite. Sorry to report such bad bad service.i forgot that this was drive through and the first item I wanted was chili. She said they had no chili so then I ordered the potato. I think this particular one will be closed with that kind of employee. No pride in even a menial job.
