Currently on 12/24 3am I have been sitting at the drive thru next to the ordering menu as the only car for over 10 minutes without being serviced. Granted, the times I did get my order through, the workers were friendly.

Visited this Wendy's drive thru around 6:30pm 12/8/25 and witnessed a worker preparing something in a yellow bucket, put his hand in the bucket and eat whatever it was (fingers in mouth and all)! He then stepped out of view and returned moments later AND DID IT AGAIN! He saw me watching him the 2nd time and hesitated but absolutely ate the food again (I have video) and it did NOT appear to me that he had changed his gloves from his first snack. I told the girl at the front window and she said "he's not all there (mentally) and he doesn't make food". I told her well I witnessed it and you need to tell your leadership. Regardless if he's all there or not, he should not be near ANY food preparation.
