  25 minutes to get through the drive through is entirely too long. Then we were informed that they were out of chicken strips on a Saturday. And to cap things off they had no ice for drinks so I was left with warm coke, YUCK! Not a real good experience today. I will not be anxious to go back anytime soon thats for sure.

  Workers i could tell we're tired of dealing with rude customers so by the time I order they was burnt out but my food was picture perfect and never get a wrong order

  I visited Wendy's on October 18, 2025. It was 7:21pm when I pulled into drive thru. Only 1 vehicle in front of me. My receipts state that my order was placed at 7:29pm. I ordered the $5 value meal with no salt on fries, no ice inside my drink and jr cheeseburger and nuggets made fresh to order. It was salt on my fries, jr cheeseburger and nuggets were cold. I was over charged for my order because I was charged extra for the nuggets, which comes with the meal. I finally got through to a manager via phone about an hour later, he gave me some idiotic reason that it wasn't no salt on the fries because he'd been there all day and there hasn't been no salt on the fries. I told him I wanted a refund and he who said he was the manager said that his manager will be back tomorrow. I told him that I would come on Monday. Since Monday, I keep calling to speak to the real manager but nobody answers the phone. This is so beyond trifling. So now I must take a trip there which is about 20 minutes away to try to get my refund back or just let the whole situation go and never go back to this Wendy's location. To all customers beware of this Wendy's location on Cottman Avenue. It's trifling! It seems like there's nobody held accountable. It seems like there are no strong leadership or proper management. It's just seemed like they have a bunch of clowns working there now.

  This place is just the worst! I won't be spending another penny here. I dropped by around 4:50 AM on September 29th, and no one bothered to acknowledge me over the intercom. So, I drove around to the window, thinking things might be different, but it was the same story. There were four young guys sitting there with their backpacks and phones, trying to avoid making eye contact so they wouldn’t have to take my order. I waited for nearly 10 minutes, growing more and more frustrated. I finally asked if they were even open, and that’s when someone finally decided to take my order—this light-skinned guy in a red hoodie and a do-rag. I requested two items, and while he pretended to input my order and even repeated it back to me, I ended up with only one item in the bag. By then, there were about five people at the window, including an older Black woman with a Caribbean accent and a young Spanish woman who was acting like she didn’t understand English at all.They really overemphasized the second item I ordered instead of just getting on with it. I don't like being treated poorly at a place where I've invested my time and money. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back, and I plan to reach out to corporate. It seems like I'm not the only one who's had to deal with rude staff, judging by the reviews.
