Very unprofessional young ladies working here. I waited in drive thru for 10 mins before I went inside still wised another 10-15 mins. No cup carries so if you get more than 2 drinks you have to figure it out I guess. Only outsized

with new snickerdoodle frosty employees are not reading the stuff that tells you if it’s the cookie fusion or not and keep handing out whatever they want especially to delivery drivers! every time i get it delivered it either comes without the cookies and when i pay extra for extra cookie toppings they give very little?! a few days ago i corrected a worker on that and she didn’t even notice, yall gotta do something about that cause its very irritating 😠 .
Picture for example, I literally ordered a vanilla snickerdoodle frosty fusion with extra cookies and instead got chocolate with NO cookies…HOW?!

Drive thru line was long so we went inside, that was a long wait to get the food as well. One drink machine was working(as I had already guessed) and was out of half the drinks. Also the screens that should display the menu weren’t working( as I had already guessed again) so I already had the menu up on the app. We took the food to go and it was good and everything was hot and the order was correct.

Drive thru almost always gets something wrong. Constantly out of utensils, straws, and soda. Half the time the frosty is liquid. Randomly closes the lobby, came by at 7:30pm on a Saturday and was told "lobby closed, drive thru only". So tired of the mismanagement. I've started going to the Wendy's further away.
