  Giving one star because I can’t give negative 5 (-5). This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. Rude to everyone. Messes up every order every time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do NOT waste your money. Do NOT waste your time. Absolutely deplorable staff.

  Horrible location waited at the speaker for 20 minutes I ordered my food pulled up to the window a girl with a scarf came to the Window while still talking to a employee then she tells me to pull to the door she going to bring it to me I waited out there for 45 minutes just for her to come out and say I have to get a refund because they don’t have what I paid for HORRIBLE WONT EVER COME BACK

  What you would expect from a Wendy's run efficiently in an area with high demand. The people here work hard and they are the ones that need the most support. No problems with this individual location as I will continue to patronize this restaurant, but they need more support to deliver the higher-end results.

  i ordered a large fry a baconator fry and a 6 pc nugget and i open my bag i didn’t receive my large fry they gave me cheese fries which i did not order i go back to the window the lady was basically agruing stating its the same thing like idc if its what you think is equivalent i want what i paid for honorable mention im lactose intolerant and the baconator fries were not for me so of course i dont want the unnecessary item you gave me. The lady gives me like not even halfway full thing of regular fries just because she gotta do extra work for her mistake. Do better

  Stopped by at 12:00 PM and was the only car in the drive-thru. Even with no line, the wait time was much longer than it should’ve been. Speed and efficiency are expected with drive-thru service, and that just wasn’t the case today. Did all that waiting just for cold food. SMH
