- ARAlan ReedDec 1, 20251.0This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too i used the mobile app to get two meals of the new chicken tenders with two frosty’s and once i got to the Wendy’s they had non of the items claiming they were out of literally the whole meal and the frosty’s ! I was asked if i wanted a refund which i replied yes to the employee by the name najir and their manager ! When receiving my receipt claiming they refunded it, it was a receipt saying a number of zero items on the receipt and a refund of zero dollars ! I contacted customer care and customer service, aswell as corporate and they have not reach back to me as to my complaints about my money ! And i have not received anything and it’s been a week !! So moral of the review they are stealing peoples money and food at this location !
