first of all, the restaurant was so hot that i was literally sweating. second, the service was god awful. i waited in line for like 10 mins without so much as being acknowledged. this place is so poorly managed and it was run by children. the food was borderline inedible and they forgot half of my order. the restaurant was absolutely disgusting too, with unclean tables, spills and crumbs everywhere. this might be the worst wendys i’ve ever eaten at. i should have known it was gonna be awful because it was completely empty, and for good reason. at this point just tear it down and start over.

This Wendy’s is never clean, always out of something and never shows that there is any manager on duty. Wendy’s corporation should do better and get a real manager at this place.

Showed up during business hours. Was told I can't place an order at the window, have to put it in via doordash pickup. ETA on that says 3 minutes, know that probbaly isn't right but whatever. Put in order. Immediatley changes to 15 minutes. Fine. Wait around for 30 minutes while 5 employees and an armed security guard do very little inside. Maybe 6 orders are transacted during this period. Order that looks like mine shows up, told it isn't mine. After 5 minutes, use my phone to zoom in on bag, clearly is mine but the employee inside doesn't know how to read a pick up vs. Delivery receipt. Get food, and go home. No straw or napkins in bag, food is incorrect (was mine, name was on receipt order was right on receipt) and was now cold. Do not go to this location.
