  HORRIBLE with all capital letters. this place needs to be either shut down or they need new workers! the environment is horrible . the staff are just sitting around talking, orders are pilling up and they aren’t calling names at all! i ordered my food at 2:26 and i didn’t get my food until 3:00 ! and the food was wrong. horrible place don’t go.

  I had placed an order for DoorDash with this specific location. I had ordered two large Chili’s, with an additional purchase of cheese, hot sauce, and crackers. Plus I ordered a potato with sour cream and chives. When I received the order via DoorDash not only was I missing the cheese, hot sauce and crackers that I paid for they provided me with a mashed in potato with nothing on it like I had asked. I then took it upon myself to drive to the Wendy’s. Once I entered into the location my boyfriend spoke with who is presumed to be the manager (Nasir) and this manager proceeded to go back and forth with him stating that we need to take it up with DoorDash. But the whole purpose of us coming to the location was just to get the potato in which was paid for via DoorDash rather than a smooshed in potato that they provided. But the manager still didn’t take it upon himself to acknowledge that the store messed up the order and correct the error. Instead he did nothing but just handed us a a sour cream pack and chives. But there’s nothing I can do with that when the entire potato was smashed flat. I’ve already contacted corporate. Terrible service and as a manager there was no accountability taken whatsoever.
