- RTRaphael TheronNov 7, 20253.0I had ordered through doordash for pick up and there was a small area with a locked bulletproof window and there was armed security. I did get my order but only after about 20-30 minutes. In the pickup area there is no place to sit. Needless to say, just go through the drive thru or get it delivered. I don't know if something was going on but it wasn't communicated to us customers.

- TGTracey GardnerOct 10, 20251.0EVERY visit to this Wendy’s yields horrible results. First, I’m diabetic and my grandchildren are on the spectrum so we order a very specific way. Without fail, they manage to mess our order up EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! They NEVER have baked potatoes so why even have them as an option on the menu!!! My daughter despises mayonnaise and without fail they give her mayonnaise. I ask for zero sugar or diet beverages and without fail they NEVER mark the sodas so I’m playing Russian roulette with my sugar intake. You shouldn’t even be able to operate because you clearly cannot make one single order correctly. We all got biggie bags and they didn’t give us nuggets. When they finally did, we were given nuggets in a cup. This was the final straw and my last time there and I’m recommending to you all to find a different Wendy’s who will complete your order more accurately.
