Wendy's will charge you for a mobile order and then when they refuse to fulfill any mobile orders, they find a way to erase the order from your app so it's difficult to dispute credit card charges. It seems like a scam for this location to accept orders and then not fill them, so their profits look good, while stealing money from people without giving them their food. Wendy's corporate should intervene with this location.

Every time I order from them they do this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even in person you’ll never have your entire order it’s ALWAYS something missing. I’m confused are they tryna pocket money, eat the food or what? I will be letting corporate know of this issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!
