The broth was so flavorful and the soup was unfancy and confident in its flavors, with perfectly cooked noodles and beef. Other places pile on cilantro and this bowl had none and it was a great choice. The chicken in clay pot was fantastic too, it had an unfamiliar, yet very comforting flavor that I couldn't get enough of. Will be coming back whenever I can.
