  An absurd and open display of unsafe food practices. 11/6 male staff member handling smoothie preparation was going back and forth between taking orders, handling money, touching customer’s phones and preparing customers’ smoothies. He was not wearing gloves either. What really compelled me to write this is that I observed him putting an ingredient packet in his mouth to bite off the end of it and then pour the contents of this packet out through this opening and directly into the blender for a customer order which was obviously contaminated with his saliva. I mobile ordered and when I arrived my smoothie was ready, but it took an additional 35 minutes to receive the food item in my order after that. This was also unacceptable considering that it was not busy. There seemed to be a general inability to handle the orders in a timely and organized manner for myself and the couple other customers who were waiting which is strange considering how, again, it wasn’t busy. There was a lack of communication and accountability for this as well.

  I pre-ordered on the mobile app a smoothie and a bowl and they took about 1 1/2 hours to give me that bowl and I asked them multiple times cause he kept giving other people his ball oh, what’s the hold up on my ball and he’s like we’re waiting for fresh strawberries and I told him my bold doesn’t eat fresh strawberries, and I watched as they kept making other bowls that I kept ordering after me instead of making mine that I pre-ordered an hour ago For and then they gave me this attitude and they just ended up putting it on the counter. They’re not even telling me that it was ready. I would never come back here again absolutely ridiculous.

  I love ordering from this place, but I just ordered via Grub Hub and ordered a smoothie and food. The ticket on my smoothie was my order and my name. I put NO bananas because I am allergic. I try the smoothie and there’s bananas in it. I go into the bag that on the outside has my ticket with my order stapled to the bag, but on the inside was someone else’s meal with a doffeeent name and a different order. So not only am I now having an allergic reaction, but I did not get the food I paid for and now don’t have time to eat before work and someone else’s is missing their meal as well. Whoever is packing orders needs to have a better attention to detail and whoever is preparing smoothies and food SERIOUSLY needs to pay better attention to the modifications on the tickets because people have severe ALLERGIES.
