  It was a new worker. I for git his name put he was very nice and helpful. They need to make the food more healthy and put more meat on or in the ingredients. They was forgotten food items. My smoothie was so water and I had to bring it back and I wasn't the only one. Just be mindful of the customer food and drinks.

  This store is by far the worst Tropical Smoothie of its franchise. The head manager is horrible, doesn’t effectively train his employees, doesn't follow proper codes of conduct, and can’t properly communicate. If you’ve seen the workers prep, the food is low quality, there’s flies around the smoothie station. bad smells coming from the kitchen. not a good working environment at all. Smoothies may taste great but those bananas are rotten. Food station is rarely wiped down. The store is an overall red flags to the workers/management to the food.

  I placed a order online and the store was closed. They never shut down the online order nor will they issue a refund for the items purchased. The manager of the store keep promising the refund and never issue it. When I called about the issue, they stated they know and still have not issued a refund for the items for over a month. The purchase was February 10, 2026 and still as of March 5, 2026 not refund has been issued.

  Been going here for years this woman did not feel my cup up to the top why is it room at the top of my cup? She made it again I asked her was the cups larger you mean to tell me I paid $9 for a half cup.

  The fact that this place (Tropical Smoothie Cafe) has samples of their food and smoothies is a plus for me. I knew exactly what I wanted off the first taste. Smoothies are delicious. I'll back EVERY lunch break im entitled to.
