  I was initially excited that a new taco bell opened in the neighborhood, but was quickly disappointed by the experience. The whole staff seem extremely poorly trained, and only one staff member seemed fluent in English. The cashier repeatedly needed help with translation and instructions on how to do her job. The food and service were slow despite the store being largely empty, and below the quality I’ve come to expect from other locations. Further, there card reader seemed to malfunction at one of the kiosks, and they were clueless in offering solutions.

  Don't come to this location if you're a vegetarian. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme at the kiosk and they gave me a beef one and seemed confused when I told them they gave me beef instead of beans. They did remake my order but seemed confused about the whole situation. Won't come back if they don't know how to read a ticket that was printed via their own kiosk. Disappointing to eat beef unintentionally.
