I visited Taco Bell at 1614 Chestnut St and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I came in and placed my order at the front, but the manager working the register had an unnecessary attitude from the start. When I requested to pay for my meal, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
After being handed only a receipt, I asked about my drink and was told to wait because he was doing something on the POS terminal. I understand that systems can take time, but customer service should still be handled with courtesy and clear communication.
If you’re going to assist a customer, handle the interaction from start to finish in a professional manner. A better attitude and improved service would make a big difference at this location.l

I don’t expect employees at Taco Bell to be nice, nor do I think they should need to pretend to be happy all the time, but the girl who is always at the front counter here is so nice. Definitely the nicest employee I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. The other center city Taco Bell workers make a point to make sure you know they hate you. I’ll go out of my way to go to this location instead.

How do you guys send out an order, missing a deluxe box, two orders in a row. Who is overseeing this shift? Are you guys just making it up on the fly and handing dashers orders without checking that the bag/package is complete. It's literally more than half the order missing that you've collecting money for and sent out the door. Twice in a matter of days! I bet you'd be better if you had to issue the refund instead of DD. This place sucks. Get it together.
