  Worst Taco Bell ever, which I always go to because it’s convenient. Went thru the drive thru yesterday, whoever the the drive thru staff that took my order was so rude to my husband, he placed his order but wanted to make sure she heard him about what to not put on my sons taco. Once he told her “no lettuce” she said “drink with all this attitude” he’s like did you hear what I asked about the food you got an attitude” so we pulls up to the drive thru window I asked the cashier to speak to supervisor I told her “your employee that is taking orders is really rude.” The manager said “she’s stressed because we’re short staffed.” I told her “that’s an excuse I’m a teacher, I wouldn’t be rude to my students because I’m stressed” I ended up pulling off. Ppl like this do NOT need to be working with direct contact with ppl.. everybody don’t be playing with ppl. Find a new job if your not going to do your job the correct way, it’s that simple.

  These people have no pity; they leave delivery drivers outside in the freezing cold when it's very simple: they could serve them at Drive thru

  A Five-Star Experience Thanks to Miss Ashley and an Impeccably clean! I stopped at this Taco Bell, located right next to the Buc-ee's, and was absolutely floored by the experience! The cleanliness was out of this world—I've never seen a fast-food restaurant so spotless. You could eat off the floor! The freshness of the food was equally remarkable. The pico was better than any I've ever had, the chicken tender right out of the fryer, AND!! they had breakfast sauce! seemed like they were It felt less like fast food and more like handcrafted cantina!. A huge shoutout goes to the manager on duty, Miss Ashley. She clearly runs a tight ship with an incredible attention to detail. She was friendly, ensured every customer felt welcome, and her team was efficient, polite, and clearly took immense pride in their work. Miss Ashley deserves a praise! This location is a shining beacon of fast-food excellence. We will absolutely return!

  There is a creepy crew member by the name of Matt making inappropriate comments to the Assistant Manager. He has been repeatedly making disturbing and disgusting comments to and about her. Today was my last straw he made a comment about grabbing her behind.
