I stopped at this Taco Bell, located right next to the Buc-ee's, and was absolutely floored by the experience! The cleanliness was out of this world—I've never seen a fast-food restaurant so spotless. You could eat off the floor! The freshness of the food was equally remarkable. The pico was better than any I've ever had, the chicken tender right out of the fryer, AND!! they had breakfast sauce! seemed like they were It felt less like fast food and more like handcrafted cantina!. A huge shoutout goes to the manager on duty, Miss Ashley. She clearly runs a tight ship with an incredible attention to detail. She was friendly, ensured every customer felt welcome, and her team was efficient, polite, and clearly took immense pride in their work. Miss Ashley deserves a praise! This location is a shining beacon of fast-food excellence. We will absolutely return!

They even yelled at the driver while I was on speakerphone, simply asking why the app still showed my order as “in progress.” Also heard someone say “well, we got a lot of theft, so we ain’t remaking anything. They gotta cancel it.” No! There is no option for me to cancel as I said on the phone and the driver also showed them the screenshot of that proof. It’s now 1:35 AM, they refuse to cancel the order, and I can’t receive a refund until they process it. Completely unacceptable! Corporate needs to make a visit. I will be contacting them.
