- MSMaureen Snowden4 days ago2.0Lettuce was so brown I asked the girl why she was serving that to people and she stated all the bags looked that way so I had 3 sandwiches that cost $45 I kindly said I would like to cancel them all of a sudden she brought a small container of good lettuce from the back but was still using this brown stuff for mobile orders!

- JSJason SpenzielSep 24, 20251.0I’m not much of a reviewer but I’ve placed quite a few mobile orders. Each time I come in if I see the female worker I know the sandwich will be perfect. If they’re ever out of anything she lets me know and kindly apologizes and offers a cookie as a gesture. BUT THE INDIAN MAN- he needs to be retrained. The sandwich ends up being completely empty- barely any meat, bro is stingy ah. Stingier than chipotle. I am a paying customer and pay for a normal sandwich. Never toasted enough- 5 seconds in the toaster MAX. It’s like he slaps the sandwich together with his feet. Gave me the wrong bread on both of my sandwiches and didn’t even let me know in advance that’s the least he could do. Forget the meat- he’s stingy with SAUCE. I asked for extra Chipotle Baja and I promise it was a literal drizzle. My two year old would do a better job. I don’t know if he’s the manager but I am going to a different Subway from now on. Enough is enough.
