He told me it wasn’t possible to refill my water because the machine only makes soda water (what? How did I get this water??) so I had to go refill it at the water fountain. Keep in mind the entire food court had a total of 6 people walking around as it was an hour before closing.

This is not transparency. This is not respect. It’s a practice that undermines trust and reflects poorly on the brand.
