However, the last couple of times I’ve been there have left me a bit concerned. During my most recent visit, I unfortunately saw multiple mice running around the restaurant. In fact, there were three of them wandering around, which was just too much to ignore. I brought it to the attention of our server, but the response was less than reassuring. The server barely acknowledged the issue, offering only a quick “sorry” and then walking away without any indication that they were taking steps to address the situation or even get an exterminator involved. It was honestly disappointing because it’s hard to enjoy the meal when something like that is going on in the background. I hate having to leave this review because I genuinely love the food and the vibe of Red Crest, but I really hope they can address this situation and work towards making the environment as good as their food. I want to continue supporting this place, but for now, I’m not sure I’ll be back until I feel confident that these issues have been resolved.
