  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! We ordered delivery, it was over 45 min late. No notification of on the way/delivered. Once finally received food was cold, wrong and missing items.

  I had a terrible experience ordering from Pizza Hut. I placed an online order that said it would be delivered by 2:30 PM. By 3:00 PM, there was still no food and no updates online, so I called the store. The employee told me the order was ready but that “there’s no one here for it,” and then hung up on me. I called back to ask how long it would take to get a driver, and he said, “I don’t know, we don’t have drivers here,” and hung up again. When I called a third time, he said he didn’t know when it would arrive. I told him I wanted a refund, and he said it was canceled. However, the online status still didn’t show it as canceled. I had to call yet again to clarify. He told me, “If the food comes, it comes.” When I asked directly whether it was canceled or not, he said it was canceled — but still refused to give a clear, consistent answer. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Poor communication, rude service, and no accountability. I will never order from here again.

  Best Pizza Hut in Philly Gm who took out order was so patient and kind ! Thank you and we will be returning !

  If you enjoy undercooked dough and unmelted cheese on your pizza, then this is your place. Never seen a pan pizza come out so poorly. Disgusting.
