The pork and shrimp with vermicelli noodles was perfectly flavored and so yummy. Loved that they provided the crunchy bean sprouts and veggies for the pho on a separate plate. This allowed us to keep the veggies crispy and add them as we ate. The portion sizes were generous. We had enough pho to enjoy it the next day for lunch. The service was friendly and fast in their cozy space. You don't need a reservation, because most customers order their meals for pick up or delivery. We were impressed at the variety of vegan and vegetarian options they offer, and those dishes are clearly marked. They also offer a weekend brunch menu.
