We ate from their food truck at a festival last week and waited a full two hours in an insanely long line just because so many people were raving about it and they were all totally right! Even though Mia was cooking all day and just on the verge of running out of food, she managed to make something for us and was so kind to us in the process. Her and Michael (who took our orders) were both so lovely that that alone makes us want to go back and try other stuff that PaperMill has to offer. The two of them and the food, of course! Get to their storefront or find one of their trucks and try this stuff ASAP!!! p.s. make sure you try the watermelon refresher - it's one of the best drinks I've ever had...literally tasted like drinking the juice directly out of a freshly cut watermelon...freaking amazing!
