Most people who come to this location are employees of the hospitals and have strict timelines on when they need to get back. I could understand if I placed the order an hour before (it gets really busy around lunch) but 3 hours is ridiculous. They either need new management or to hire more people. Whoever is managing is not doing a great job of being proactive about getting orders completed before lunch starts. Super unorganized and unprofessional. You’re better off trying to get served at the other location that’s a little further.
