- MDMariam DiakiteDec 27, 20251.0I had an awful experience because of the manager on duty. She was a short woman with black hair, and I believe she was hispanic, who was rude, dismissive, and clearly shouldn’t be managing anyone. She spoke to me with a nasty attitude and then turned around and talked down to an employee in front of customers like it was nothing. The tone was condescending, the behavior was unprofessional, and the whole situation was uncomfortable to watch. If this is the standard for management here, I won’t be coming back. And they forgot my cookie!

Panera wants to compete with the busiest starbucks in philadelphia with coffee machines that are always broken. Get your act together!
