Panera blamed DoorDash, both online claims and the manager at the store. Although I ordered from them, I paid them, they charged me extra for delivery. I never interacted with DoorDash during the process. The fact that they do not take responsability for their mistake says it all. Many good places around, this one unfortunately doesn't deserve your business.
