- LTLora Thomas4 days ago1.0This is the worst Panera Bread location I’ve ever visited. There are constant disturbances and physical altercations happening inside the restaurant. On more than one visit, I witnessed a specific employee — identifiable by dreadlocks and a nose ring — being involved in violent incidents while customers were present and trying to place orders. This location feels unsafe, poorly managed, and not appropriate for children or families. Immediate changes in staffing and security are needed to make this location safe for the public.

No romaine but nasty iceberg coated with some chemical preservative that made my stomach hurt later. And the avocado was browning with finger indentations in it. The staff was friendly, but the table had not been cleaned in a while! Have heard good things about this chain, but this particular location made a poor impression for a first visit!
