My best friend and I had come into the city for an event at the convention center, and we had time to kill between hotel check out and our flight / train. We had our luggage and were hungry, so we stopped into this Panera because it was spacious and at 11:00 AM was pretty quiet. We chose a table in the corner, ordered some food, and chatted. Eventually, Uncle Joe (the floor manager, we think?) came over and said some pleasantries that we responded to - and we ended up talking to him for much longer than he probably intended. He was so kind, has such an interesting life story, and he even gave us tips and recommendations for our remaining hours in Philly. The food was good, it's Panera. It's hard to go wrong. All of the other staff were super friendly and kind and the atmosphere was 10/10. But the best part was Uncle Joe, hands down. We need more people like Joe in this world.

The sandwich was so horribly greasy that the paper it was wrapped in was transparent. First and last time ever going to this company. That was a disaster.
