  Whoever is in the kitchen, need to stop being lazy and make the frappes when online orders come through. Why do I gotta come in there, in person to make sure that I get a frappe y’all always purposely give us ice tea only because it’s an online order that’s not right ALWAYS this store in particular

  This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I don't know what is wrong with these people that work here. Every single time I've gone here, they've messed up my order. I don't bother to even write negative reviews unless its really bad. Today I ordered just a fish sandwich and a drink. I stood there and waited over 20 mins for it. And I put on my order "no tartar sauce"...it was literally the first thing in bold letters on the recipe...and then I open my sandwich and there it is.... drenched in tartar sauce. Then I had to wait longer for them to re-do it. The manager saw how much they messed up and gave me and another person (who also had a wrong order ---I see many people going back up because they made it wrong) something for free to make up for it. That is no way to run a business. They should get it right the first time. Whoever the owner is of this McDonald's, you're losing a lot of money with those employees and management... I'm just saying. Last time I came here I also waited so long and they messed up my order. I ordered ice cream last time as well, but they took so long that I just walked out even tho I paid for it. This is the closest McDonald's to me. I wish it was better because this place is a joke. The employees were just standing around talking and laughing too. I didn't see any gloves on the ones putting the food in the bag as well. It baffled me how bad this service was.

  Waited an hour for curbside pickup for it to never come. Doors locked and terrible customer service.

  We were waiting in the drive thru for a while and once we finally got to the window, stuff from our order was MISSING. Better yet, when we informed them, one of the cooks REFUSED to give us our food. Luckily, the gentleman at the window argued for us to get what we were promised. Extremely unprofessional of her, and I feel bad for the guy because he really had to fight for us to get our food. Even worse, the food was COLD and undercooked. I understand things can get stressful when there’s a lot of customers, I have worked retail, however, this is inexcusable. I’ll be asking for a refund very soon

  We placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, and despite there being no other cars in line, we ended up waiting for nearly an hour. We even called the restaurant to ask why no one was attending the drive-thru, and were told, “We don’t have enough employees.” After waiting another 20 minutes, we decided to leave. No one appeared to be preparing orders or helping customers—instead, we saw staff inside just cleaning and ignoring everyone, including delivery drivers. It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
