They always get my order wrong, their attitudes are horrendous absolutely the worse food fast experience in my entire life. I see tgey treat their employees with no respect as well just disgusting and intolerable behavior. This company needs to be shut down completely.

This may be da worst McDonalds in West Philly. Dey always look lost & take long in da couple trips I’ve taken for lunch. Breakfast no different. Go in dis morning for 2 McGriddles, sit dere for 7 minutes as they call NOTHING out waitin on a mobile order. Only one other customer in there! He ordered at the counter so once he got his food i’m looking at the 4 bagged orders like it’s time to speak up. Then I got my order. It was probably done 3 minutes before I asked. Go cuz it’s my local jawn, but da service couldn’t get much worse

This place suck I order from Door dash and Grub hub never got my food. I’m guessing they turn down the dashers and delivery drivers. What’s the point for taking online orders??

Horrible customer service always a problem. The drive thru always slow cause it’s always 1 worker with a stiff blonde wig that do not know nothing like the monitor not in her face and then got the nerve to catch a attitude when somebody speaks on it.
