If you hate your job that much, then please find something else, because you have no right to make others’ lives miserable. My dad was trying to pick up an online order at this location. The app clearly said to pick up from the counter, and his order was already at the counter . However, the lady at the front asked him to go to the drive-thru instead. At the drive-thru, they told him to cancel the order and redo it because they didn’t have it in their system. The app showed that the order had gone through and could not be canceled, so he went back to the counter. The cashier at the counter then made him wait while helping other customers place new orders, even though his order was already ready for pickup. I don’t understand what joy people get from making a simple situation difficult for someone. To the cashier/front-end worker, I sincerely hope you learn to treat others with kindness. God bless!!

I said I would be there soon and asked for written confirmation that schoolchildren are prohibited from sitting and eating at McDonald's, to which they replied that they couldn't provide that! What kind of new rules are these??? They just hung up the phone on me!
