My kids get milkshake and they never ever add straws. There is zero attention to detail for delivery orders, I mean zero, like a toddler out the bag together . I had to reorder my burger today and pay extra shipping, unreal . What exactly happened to this place?

I should have mentioned to them to cook the fries, I guess? 1 recipe, not provided Maybe if they were as interested in getting things done properly as they were in checking their phones, it would have been better. Basically this was a waste of twenty some dollars.

This is not the first time I dealt with nonsense like this from this McDonald's. It's a great scam to ask for things get charged for them and not receive them and it's all due to employee incompetents it's not hard to read what is on the receipt yet these people go on strike for wanting 20 plus dollars an hour to screw up more orders it's insane. I only go here because my 5 year old likes MCnuggets and it's literally 5 mins from my house. I sat in the drive threw the other night for ten minutes to finally have someone come and tell me there closed at 1150 pm when the website and google states 24 hours my pregnant wife requested McDonald's and had to tell her sorry. It's just McDonald's I get it but if you're gonna run a business maybe do it properly 🤷
