  Food is always balled up. Who knows what the workers are doing to the food! McDonald's street rd, highly recommended. Stay away from this location!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and they did not seem to know how to properly take orders. The employee did not listen to what I was asking for and ended up giving me the wrong order. Overall, the service was frustrating and poorly handled. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have the same experience.

  First time in this location. I ordered a Double Quarter with Cheese. No Pickles and add lettuce and tomato to dine in. A few minutes later i got my burger but it was wrong. I did not order mayo and there was no lettuce and tomato. I returned it right away and the manager yelled at the line. A few seconds later i got my burger back. Again it was wrong. It was the same burger with lots of mayo but it did have lettuce and tomato. I returned it again and the manager told me in a very unprofessional voice, the deluxe comes with mayo. I replied. This was not a deluxe. This was a Double Quarter with cheese and lettuce ant tomato. She got upset and i went to sit down again. A few minutes later the cashier came with my burger. Again she advised me that if i go thru the kiosk i can modify the ingredients because on my receipt it does not show that i dont want mayo. Again i told her. In all the years i have eaten at mcdonalds and gotten the same burger, i have never seen the double quarter with mayo. She said again it does. If there is any manager or higher up that reads reviews, you need to train your employees on what the menu is. Also need manager at night needs training. She needs to be coached on how to talk to her employees if customers are around but most importantly she needs to learn how to talk to customers. After this incident and dining in, you dont get to enjoy the food because you dont know what they did to your food. Keep in mind that the extra ingredients have extra cost. By the way. There is a girl with beautiful hair all the way to the knees working the fries. No ponytail or hairnet. Can you imagine the quality of the food or worst, it catching on fire since she is on the hot oil. I know McDonalds franchise out and have many owners. But you should have code of conduct. Where is your integrity.

  Elizabeth was a well trained employee here so my review isn’t for her if I could give five stars to her alone I would. The on shift manager around 3/4 and I’m assuming the kitchen manager are very unprofessional I stood to side waiting to get to the counter while Elizabeth was stuck over work at front counter and the taller manager comes up freaking saying I was not waiting because it makes there time messed up for uber eats and continue to yell at me from the kitchen after I yelled back and said that is not how you speak to customers and watch your mouth she and another lady in the kitchen continue to speak about me as if I wasn’t standing there and then had gotten mad I had a personal pick up order on top of that she didn’t want to hand me my food and and said Liz here give this to her. Poor managers this McDonald’s lunch staff is horrible.
