Knew the economy was tough but didn't realize it was so bad that McDonald's has to resort to ripping off their customers for $10. *** IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE *** I've already been down that road. I had a back-and-forth with your customer care team and provided them with my info -- in duplicate. Case #34555063. After three days, they said the franchisee would be contacting me. I waited five days. When I didn't hear from anyone, I emailed them back at which point they promptly closed my case and told me I had to begin the dispute process anew. This is comical at this point. I feel like I'm dealing with someone on Etsy, not a multi-billion dollar company. I deleted the app and won't patronize McDonald's again. I've already wasted more time and effort than the fries are even worth.
